The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 35 of 2016, arising out of Lakhaura (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 384 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms act, pending in the court of 14th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 29.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13713 of 2016 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5021 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months by taking all effective steps. If the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within aforesaid period of six months, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
