JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Certificate Officer by filing an objection. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh objection within a period of two weeks from today and in case such an objection is filed, the Certificate Officer shall decide the matter thereafter on merits. It is further directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner till the final decision of the Certificate Officer.
