2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. It is alleged that 25 liters of illegal liquor has been recovered in front of the house of the petitioners.

4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they are in no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. The

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-II, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sahar Police Station Case No. 228 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
