The prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.09.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28816 of 2012.

However, a report was called for and it has been reported that out of seven witnesses five have been examined and summons against the remaining official witnesses have been issued and case is pending for examination of official witnesses. The Superintendent of Police, Madhubani is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses in the case within two months and the trial Court is directed to issue process through the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani so that the trial Court shall conclude the trial within three months.
