JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.09.2016 in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 94 of 2012, G.R. No. 1609 of 2012 & S.T. No. 194/2013/Tr. No. 63/2013, pending in the court of learned Adhoc A.D.J.-II, Saharsa, with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order.
The court below vide its Letter No. 23 dated 30.01.2017 has sought for further extension of two months' time for concluding the trial. It is further evident from the aforesaid letter that only the Investigating Officer is to be examined in the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41065 of 2014 (6) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 months time to conclude the trial from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
The District Magistrate, Saharsa and the Superintendent of Police, Saharsa, are directed to ensure that the Investigating Officer is produced on the date fixed by the court below so that the trial could be concluded within the stipulated period.
