JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-03-2019 In the last order dated 25.02.2019 this Court has noted the stand of the opposite parties that 'the order of the Writ Court has been complied with'. However, the Court has granted indulgence to the petitioner to verify this fact. But there is no affidavit filed by the petitioner to the effect that the order of the Writ Court has not been complied with.

In view of the above, the Court accept the submission of the opposite parties that the order of the Writ Court has complied with. Accordingly, the present proceeding dropped. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner in case petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision of the opposite parties he may approach the appropriate forum in accordance
