Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 366A and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of kidnapping of the daughter of the informant is against unknown. Subsequently, the dead body was found and suspicion was raised that neighbour Pawan Yadav had some affairs with the deceased and he might be involved in the occurrence.

Submission is that during investigation of the case, nothing specific came against the petitioner. Investigation of the case is already closed.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
