Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution's case, in brief, is that the complainant was duped by the petitioner. He also grabbed Rs.2,10,000/- in the name of selling a piece of land.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that the entire case is of civil nature.

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Complaint case no. 130/2015, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11425 of 2020(2) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 Code of Criminal Procedure.
