In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 177/2015 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 364, 366(A), 379, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the victim girl had gone to the College and when she was returning, the accused persons told her that they would drop to her house, but instead of dropping her in the house, they took her to Ludhiyana. Later on, the victim girl was recovered and her statement was recorded under section 164 Cr.PC where she has stated that instead of

Looking to the nature of allegation and attending facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffrpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
