The petitioner having been arrested along with looted money of the Bank and earlier the bail petition of the petitioner is rejected.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The trial Court is directed to take steps for disposal of the case, preferably within six months. The Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur, is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses for earlier disposal. It may be noted that noncompliance of the order will be taken seriously. Let a copy of this order be sent to the trial Court as well as the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur, at the costs of the petitioner.
