JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2021 A supplementary affidavit on behalf of the petitioner has been filed today in Court which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.266 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 406, 409, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Although the prosecution has tried to justify the accusation against the petitioner by making certain allegations but in view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined his place of posting after this occurrence took place, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.20254 of 2021(3) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.266 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
