2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant, namely, Deepak Kumar alleged that his pregnant wife Rajani Kumar died due to medical negligence during delivery at Child Care Hospital, Bibiganj. He further alleged that on the advice of Asha Worker, Kiran Kumari, his wife was admitted there, but due to negligence of this petitioner and other co-accused persons, she died.

4. Petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2024. Charge has already been framed on 03.09.2025.
