The petitioner is accused in connection with Siswan (Chainpur OP) P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016 registered under Sections 419,420,467,468,471 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The entire responsibility cast upon vendor and others. He was only a courier who submitted papers in the Passport office duly signed by the informant. The petitioner has no criminal history and is in custody since 11.12.2016 i.e. more than three months. Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record,
