In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Singeshwar P.S. Case No.165 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 379, 307, 120-B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they have executed the sale deed of another land, which was promised to the informant.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9567 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when everything has been done, now on account of establishment of Medical College, the another land of the proposed site has become very valuable and on that account, the present case has been lodged. He further submits that the Sessions Judge himself has recorded that basically the dispute is of civil nature.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Singeshwar P.S. Case no. 165 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
