JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR) 30-03-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): i) For directing the respondent authorities specially the respondent no.2 and 3 to make payment of Rs.6,58,450/- to the petitioner on the ground that for the period from 22.06.2017 to 17.10.2020 towards fare of petitioner's tractor bearing Registration Number BR31GA-4506 which has not been paid to the petitioner by the respondent authorities till date without any valid reason where as tractor of the petitioner has been used in municipal work for the said period, why total fare of Rs.6,58,450 has not been paid, reasons best known to the respondent authorities.

ii) For directing the respondent authorities to

Patna High Court CWJC No.2973 of 2022(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 make interest @ 9% per annum on the admitted dues which has not been paid to the petitioner by the respondent authorities till today even after several reminders sent to the respondent authorities.

iii) For all consequential reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled in course of hearing of this writ application."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the present petition is disposed of, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law.

Prayer allowed.

The petition is disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.

Interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
