It is yet another case where the respondents have not filed counter affidavit despite two advance copies of the writ application served in the office of the Advocate General17.09.2016 for facilitating the respondents to file the counter affidavit.

The Court take judicial notice of the fact that petty matters are pending in this Court for years together only on account of reluctant attitude of the respondents either in redressing the grievance of the employees or their non-cooperation in disposal of the writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16216 of 2016 (2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to consider his case for grant of benefit of promotion under first and second Assured Career Progression Schemes and payment of arrears of salary for sixteen months. Since, the petitioner has superannuated on 28.02.2005, as such early disposal of his claim is required. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to take final decision on the claim of petitioner within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and also ensure the monetary benefit of such decision to the petitioner within a month thereafter.

This writ application is disposed of with the direction the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, if filed, within a period of two months.
