2. The present writ petition is filed for directing the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Chaukidar quashing the Letter No. 1303 dated 31.12.2014 issued by Dy. Collector Incharge, General Section, Nalanda by which the claim of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the application with regard to voluntarily retirement of the petitioner has not reached office of District Officer on time.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may

4. Counsel for the State has no objection for the same.

5. As such, writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to file the representation before the District Magistrate, Nalanda within 30 days and the District Magistrate, Nalanda is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner within 90 days thereafter.
