The order dated 08.12.2023 itself shows that in that case, on earlier occasions, a number of adjournments were given at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner but despite that none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 08.12.2023.

2. There is no ground for restoration of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 65064 of 2022. Accordingly, the petition for restoration is dismissed.
