Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land in question has been purchased by the petitioner's father by registered sale deed and name of his father was recorded in the records of right. But subsequently on the application filed by the School, the said Jamabandi in the name of his father was cancelled and in the records of right the name of school has been recorded. 3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner ought to avail the remedy under law for the purpose of entry in the records of right in the name of school but instead of availing that statutory remedy he has come to this High Court

4. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy available under the Bihar Mutation Act, 2011. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Mkr./- U
