ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-10-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order of none discharge dated 19.05.2014 passed by the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in D.R.I. 4 of 2008/Trial/70/2012. Having gone through the records of the case I do not find any reason to discharge the petitioner. The application stands rejected. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the trial Court will send a list of witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
