Petitioner is accused in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016 registered under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c)/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused Arjun Roy and Ramesh Kumar have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 31637 of 2016 and 32973 of 2016 respectively and petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
