Petitioner and 11 other persons are said to have fired on the informant who sustained only one injury. Co-accused, Nitish Yadav @ Nitish Kumar, having similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 15-072015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Medni Chauki P.S.
