The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 646 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been contended that since there is no allegation that any forged document was used, the ingredients of the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code would not be attracted. It is further contended that at best the case is of cheating by impersonation, which would attract the ingredients of the offence punishable under Section 419 of the Indian Penal Code, which is bailable in nature for which the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.
