The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonepur Rail P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having snatched the bag of the informant and jumped from the running train at Sonepur Railway Station.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case inasmuch as only after he was apprehended in Sonepur Rail P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018, he has been remanded in the present case. It is further submitted that no Test Identification Parade has been held till date to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9250 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 It is also submitted that the petitioner is accused in two other cases but he is on bail in the said two cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Sonepur at Saran in connection with Sonepur Rail P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018.
