JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2024 This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to appoint petitioner on compassionate ground on the post of Teacher or on any other post as her mother died during the service period on 14.09.2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed an application for her appointment on compassionate ground before the respondent authority along

Patna High Court CWJC No.3474 of 2024(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 with all the relevant documents but till date no order has been passed.

3. In view of the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, the concerned respondent authority is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order, after hearing the parties in accordance with law, within a period of six months from today.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
