JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 The writ petition has been filed seeking direction for issuing appointment letter to the petitioner in terms of recommendation issued by the respondent Commission under WBC (Women Backward Category) category.

The petitioner had approached this Court originally without enclosing the revised result. After indulgence granted to the petitioner twice now the same has been placed on record. The revised result, which as per averments made in the writ petition, was uploaded by the Commission on the website in December 2017 has been enclosed by way of supplementary affidavit. The petitioner is admittedly not one of the candidates declared qualified or selected in

In the circumstances, there is no scope for praying for appointment letter to be issued in favour of the petitoner since he has not qualified.

Prayer made in the writ petition, as framed, is not maintainable.

The writ petition is dismissed.
