The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to the respondents to make payment of Provident Fund, Full Pension after fixation of pay from May, 2017 with admissible D.A.
The State as well as Accountant General filed counteraffidavit. The State in its counter-affidavit made specific averment that all the retiral dues of the petitioner have already

Having considered the facts, I dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner that if the petitioner feels that any dues is still lying with the respondents, the petitioner may file representation before the concerned authority who shall consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of filing of such representation and if the petitioner is at all aggrieved, the petitioner may again move this Court for redressal of his grievance.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
