It has been alleged by the informant, Child Development Project Officer, that during course of selection of Mini Anganwari Sewika the appellant along with other candidates made commotion and during course thereof, also abused by caste name. The appellant happens to be under custody since 30.11.2016 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, appellant Sanjay Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.249 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 1st Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 14/2016 after setting aside the order dated 20.12.2016 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.
