JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Narhat P. S. Case No. 90 of 2015 registered under Sections 143, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 504 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the specific allegation made against petitioner no. 1, Nilesh Kumar that he assaulted with garasa on the head of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

No.2294 of 2016 (2) dt.19-01-2016 2/2 So far as the petitioner no. 2, Piyush Kumar is concerned, regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Nawada in Narhat P. S. Case No. 90 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
