JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 Though this application has been placed under the heading "For Orders on Office Notes" with a certain defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, considering the nature of relief, which the petitioner is seeking, this application is disposed of at this stage itself.

The petitioner is seeking mofidication of the order dated 12.09.2018 only to the effect that father's name of the petitioner was wrongly typed in his writ application, i.e., CWJC

Patna High Court MJC No.470 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 No. 18265 of 2018. Accordingly, in the order dated 12.09.2018, father's name of the petitioner has been mentioned as 'Late Prabhu Gopal', whereas correct name of the petitioner's father is 'Late Garbhu Gope'.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the petitioner on affidavit in the modification application, this application is allowed.

Let the father's name of the petitioner be read as 'Late Garbhu Gope' in place of 'Late Prabhu Gopal'. It is, however, made clear that this order has been passed on the basis of the averment made in the modification application filed by the petitioner. If, however, any person feels aggrieved by the present modification, he/she shall be at liberty to approach this Court for appropriate relief. This application stands disposed of.

The defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter stand ignored.
