The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.3198/2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 418, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties is of civil nature. The informant has filed Title Suit No.329 of 2015 in the learned court below (Annexure-3).

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9500 of 2020(5) dt.13-12-2021 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the fact that the dispute is of civil nature, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Complaint Case No.3198/2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
