1. The Writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:
"For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to issue license to the petitioner for Fair Price Shop pursuant to the advertisement bearing No. 1 of 2017 being the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15483 of 2018 dt.13-07-2026 2/3 petitioner the most suitable candidate, apart from all eligibility being under the category "Disable Person" and also the prayer made in paragraph No. 18 of this Writ application be allowed, cost and other reliefs."
2. During the course of arguments, the Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had submitted a representation before the Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya, on 10.07.2017, seeking issuance of license in favour of the petitioner. However, no order has been passed on the said representation and the same is still pending. Therefore, he prayed for a direction to the concerned authority to dispose of the representation.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, and taking into consideration that the representation of the petitioner is pending before respondent authority, the concerned authority is directed to pass appropriate order on the representations of the petitioner, if still pending,
Patna High Court CWJC No.15483 of 2018 dt.13-07-2026 3/3 and dispose of the same, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
5. The Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
