The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No.116 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 302, 328, 120(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased died in her Sasural. Charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 306 and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code against some of the accused persons who have been arrested. No ante mortem injury has been found on the dead body of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9703 of 2022(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVIII, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No.116 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
