Mr. Anuj Kumar Shrivastava ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in brief is that the petitioners

No.11413 of 2025(2) dt.20-03-2025 2/3 and other accused persons are alleged to have entered the house of the informant and tried to outrage her modesty and when her husband came to rescue her all the accused persons assaulted him due to which he sustained head injury. When her daughter came to save her, accused Pintu Kumar assaulted her. It is further alleged that petitioners nos. 4 and 5 snatched jewellery.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of assault is vague and omnibus. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Parties have compromised their case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case and also considering the clean antecedent of the petitioners, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 152
