The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Channan P.S. Case No. 124/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452/384/427/323/354B/ 325/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of the dispute over the property, the occurrence took place and the injuries sustained by the injured do not make out case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Lakhisarai, in connection with Channan P.S. Case No. 124/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
