1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 22.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49785 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.379 of 2019.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
