2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- I. For directing the respondent authorities to issue employment letter in favour of the petitioner as Anganbari Sevika in Center No.95, Ward No.10, Gram PanchayatLashkari, Block- Udakishunganj, District- Madhepura and declare the selection of private respondent no.7 as illegal on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15201 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 post of Anganbari Sevika in Center No.95, Gram PanchayatLashkari, District- Madhepura and quash her appointment letter.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has not avail her remedy before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika/guidelines for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika and come directly before this Hon'ble Court.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to avail her remedy before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika/guidelines for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika.
