In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 295 of 2012 registered for the offences under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The F.I.R. has been lodged against the unknown persons to have killed the father of the informant. On the statement of Anjani Kumar Jha @ Pappu Jha in paragraph no. 38 and Pankaj Kumar Singh in paragraph no. 43 of the case diary the name of the petitioner has been mentioned. There is a sufficient material against the petitioner and this court has already rejected the bail of three accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8198 of 2016 (3) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 persons namely Anjani Kumar Jha @ Pappu, Pawan Kumar Chaudhary and Pankaj Kumar Singh.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
