JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur O. P.) P. S. Case No. 333 of 2015 registered under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

In view of recovery of 50 bottles of countrymade liquor and 35 bottles of whisky from the motorcycle of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
