Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2016 in connection with Naya Ram Nagar (Safia Sarai) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-B) of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery have been made from a Almira made from bricks, which is of the joint family, and the petitioner has no concern about the same. Charges have been framed in this case. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last five months. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
