Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the informant had gone along with Nanki Chaudhary. Thereafter, there is suspicion against different persons, including the petitioner for different reasons for commission of murder of the father of the informant. Considering the nature of allegation and nature of material in the case diary against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
