JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of country made pistol from the Dalan of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the country made pistol is said to be recovered from abandon place, in fact, Devendra Kumar Mishra, who is the Pataidar of the petitioner, got managed to implicate this petitioner giving information to the police due to ulterior motive.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56401 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Raxaul, East Champaran, in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
