JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being husband of the informant is in jail custody since 12.10.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

It appears that the relation of the petitioner with his wife is not cordial and prior to institution of the present case the father of the petitioner had already filed an informatory petition about the conduct of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54992 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 152 of 2014.
