The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ishak Chak P.S. Case No.147 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.3732 of 2015, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner alongwith two others was selected on the post of constables but an information was received that in place of the petitioner and two others, the other persons had appeared in the written examination of the constables and on inquiry the signature of the petitioner and two others was found different in the paper-sheet.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56254 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case on mere suspicion. In fact, the petitioner himself had appeared in the said examination. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 08.10.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Ishak Chak P.S. Case No.147 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.3732 of 2015. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the address of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
