Although in the first information report, the informant claims that petitioner established physical relation with her on false promise of marriage but when her statement was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C., she has nowhere stated about the factum of physical relation, rather she stated that petitioner wanted to marry with her but subsequently, he refused to marry with her. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mainatand P.S.
