The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 232C of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 341 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on the joint prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, but on three consecutive dates, the opposite

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Complaint Case No. 232C of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
