JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2016 The learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Biharsharif, Nalanda has sought two months time for disposal of Sessions Trial No. 104 of 2012, particularly, in the circumstance when the argument in the aforesaid case is going on.

I am unable to understand as to why the concerned court has sought two months time for disposal of above stated Sessions Trial No. 104 of 2012 when the argument in the said case is going on. However, the concerned court is directed to dispose of above stated Sessions Trial No. 104 of 2012 within a month, otherwise the matter shall be reported to the Standing Committee of this Court for taking action against him in accordance with rules.
