JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-07-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file a revision application against the impugned order in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.
The writ application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek the remedy in revision before appropriate authority in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from today. In case, such a revision is preferred before the appropriate authority, the same will be considered on its own merit and in case a question of
Patna High Court CWJC No.16691 of 2018(2) dt.27-07-2019 2/2 limitation arises, the same will be considered keeping in mind that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
The appeal so preferred shall be disposed of by a reasoned order within the statutory period.
Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
