The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the fact that the petitioners are non-assailant of the victim, let above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,
