Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10321 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/3 petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. It is submitted that a complaint case is filed against the petitioner and other accused persons. The said complaint was sent to Ramgarhwa P.S. u/s 156 (3) Cr.P.C., on the basis of which Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.176/2010 was registered and police after investigation filed final form against the petitioner. Thereafter, the informant/complainant filed a protest petition, which was dismissed by the learned court below. Against the dismissal of the protest petition, the informant filed a Revision and the Revision Petition was allowed. Thereafter, cognizance has been taken by the court below against the petitioner. Petitioner has seven criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
